The Rural Bankers Research and Development Foundation, Inc. (RBRDFI) together with the Agricultural Guaranty Fund Pool (AGFP) conducted the 2nd leg of the Guarantee Partners’ Support Program last February 26, 2014 at the Hotel Elizabeth in Baguio City. Attendees were from different member rural banks in Central Luzon.
