Rang-Ay Bank opens 22nd branch in Ilocos Sur

22nd Branch of Rang-AyThe RBAP extends its heartfelt congratulations to the management of Rang-Ay Bank, headed by Mr. Ives Nisce,  for the successful opening of its 22nd branch in Northern Luzon. 

​A fast growing bank, the Rang-ay Bank formally opened its 22nd  office last May 8, 2012 located across the New Public Market of Sta. Lucia, Ilocos Sur.

The ceremonial ribbon cutting was led by the town Mayor Estrella F. Hernaez, with former PRC Board of Dentistry Chairman Dr. Rosita Canlas-Nisce. Rev. Fr. Ramelle J. Rigunay, Parish Priest of St. Lucy Parish, officiated the blessing of the newly opened branch. Rang-ay President & CEO, Ives Q. Nisce in his opening remarks stated that the opening of Sta. Lucia Branch is the second office to open, of the ten (10) Banking Offices approved by the Bangko Sentral ngPilipinas. Nisce is proud that Rang-ay Bank is a home-grown bank, with it’s head office in San Fernando City, La Union. The bank now has 22 branches spread in six provinces of the north:Ilocos Sur, Ilocos Norte, La Union, Pangasinan, Abra and Benguet.

​Hon. Estrella F. Hernaez welcomed the opening of the Branch and expressed the belief that the presence of Rang-ay Bank in Sta. Lucia signals improved economic activity of the municipality as it provides easy and affordable access to credit for the local farmers and entrepreneurs.

The opening of this banking office will surely bring banking services to the doorstep of the townspeople of this southern town of Ilocos Sur, as it is the only bank serving the Municipality of Sta. Lucia, Ilocos Sur.
