Rang-Ay Bank (A Rural Bank) has moved its Laoag Branch to a better location at the 1st floor of Laoag City Commercial Complex.
The new location was inaugurated last April 8, 2014. Present in the occasion were: (Left to Right) Rang-Ay Bank President and CEO Ives Nisce, former Chairman of the Board of Dentistry Dr. Rose Canlas-Nisce, Laoag City Mayor Chevylle Fariñas, Fr. Ruben V. Abaya of St. Mary’s Seminary Laoag City and Dingras Mayor Erdio Valenzuela.
Rang-Ay Bank currently has 25 branches all over Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Abra, La Union, Benguet and Pangasinan.
