Attached for your guidance is the Memorandum to All Rural Banks and Cooperative Banks on the Guidelines on the Electronic Submission of the Weekly Report on Required and Available Reserves Against Deposit Liabilities dated 7 November 2013. The updated WRRAR reporting data entry template shall be used effective for reserve report week-ending 12 December 2013. The prescribed data entry template and its corresponding control prooflist are to be directly accessed and downloaded from http://www.bsp.gov.ph/frp/templates.
