The conduct of the BRBC at the BSP Institute is free of charge. As host, BSPI is responsible for the training facilities, honoraria of resource persons, supplies and reproduction of instructional materials to be distributed to the participants. However, the participating rural/cooperative banks shall shoulder the transportation, accommodation, meals and other allowable expenses related to the attendance of their representative/s.
Under this scheme, the course is conducted by the BSPI in the regions through the Rural Banks’ Federations. The Federation, as co-host shall bear the expenses relevant to the venue, supplies, reproduction of instructional materials, honoraria and board and lodging of resource persons and of the coordinator. On the other hand, BSP shall shoulder the transportation costs of the resource persons and coordinator.
Host federations shall ensure that the venue for training is conducive to learning (spacious, clean, well-ventilated) and accommodation is very appropriate for invited speakers and coordinator.
Rural/Cooperative Bank Federations interested to co-host with BSP Institute an offering of the BRBC in their areas are advised to inform the BSP Institute immediately.
