The Rural Bankers Association of the Philippines (RBAP) and the Rural Bankers Research and Development Foundation, Inc. (RBDRFI) held its 5th Joint Meeting at the Forest Lodge, Camp John Hay in Baguio City. The meeting coincided this year’s Management Conferences of the Confederation of Central Luzon Rural Banks (CCLRB) on February 27-28 and the Confederation of Southern Tagalog Rural Banks (CSTRB) on March 3-4, 2014.
