RBAP joins restoration of Rice Terraces

As part of its opening salvo for 2012, the Rural Bankers Association of the Philippines is joining the campaign to restore the Ifugao Rice Terraces by donating two grass cutters to help save the splendor of this world-renowned architectural marvel.  RBAP is nonetheless still asking its partners to provide more tangible support by donating other tools to help preserve the beauty of the terraces.

This campaign is part of a nationwide PWD project, which will culminate on February 3-4, 2011.  Proponents are also encouraging Filipinos and non-filipinos  alike to revive the bayanihan spirit by volunteering.

For those who wish to take part in this wonderful endeavor, please get in touch with Director Tony Pasia of RBAP for details.

Lets help restore the beauty of the Rice Terraces.  Revive the Bayanihan Spirit.  To borrow the DOT slogan, Volunteering. Its more fun the Philippines!
