Rural Bankers Association of the Philippines President Vittorio Z. Almario and Rural Bankers Research and Development Foundation, Inc. Chairman Atty. Edward Leandro Z. Garcia, Jr. welcomed over 400 rural bank delegates for this year’s convention. In their opening remarks, Mr. Almario and Atty. Garcia reminded rural bankers of the industry’s role in attaining an inclusive and sustainable growth for the country.
