Please be informed that the newly formed Misamis Bank Inc, A Rural Bank, a consolidation of RB Tudela and RB Kolambugan, will start operating on the 2nd of January 2012, as per CL 2011-094 issued by the BSP on 6 December 2011. Said consolidation was registered under the SEC on April 19, 2011.
