RE: Guidelines on the Electronic Submission of the Enhanced Report of Selected Branch Accounts

Please be informed that the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, through Memorandum No. M-2014-035, has issued guidelines on the electronic submission of bank deposit interest rates as part of the Report of Selected Branch Accounts.
The guidelines shall be effective starting with the reporting period ending September 30, 2014.
The updated prescribed data entry templates can be downloaded from http://www.bsp.gov.ph/SES/reporting_templates.
Completed forms shall be submitted to: [email protected], together with the scanned copy of the Control Prooflist duly notarized and signed by the authorized official of the bank.
The required format for the subject is: BRANCH [bank name], [reference period].
Banks are given 20 banking days after the end of the reference quarter to submit their report. For the third quarter, deadline is on October 28, 2014.
Enclosed is a copy of the memorandum for your reference.
