Dear Fellow Rural Bankers:

As part of the Rural Bankers Association of the Philippines (RBAP)
continuing strategy to strengthen the rural banking industry, the Rural
Bankers’ Research and Development Foundation, Inc. (RBRDFI), will be
conducting a two (2) days seminar entitled:

Course Title:     Strengthening Bank Credit Risk Management

Course Objective:
1.	To create credit-awareness in the whole bank and to emphasize
risk-based lending and loan portfolio quality as key to bank’s financial
strength and sustainability.

2.	To enhance the competency of loan officers in evaluating business loans
based on risks and lessen their reliance on collaterals as the ultimate
measure of granting business to MSMEs enterprises.

3.	To sharpen the tools of credit risk management of banks in order to
comply with risk-based regulatory supervision by BSP.

Acceptance of reservation is on first come first-served basis; only forty
(40) participants will be accommodated.

Registration Fee:
a)	Four Thousand Five Hundred Pesos only (P4, 500.00) for two (2) days.
b)	Four Thousand Two Hundred (P4, 200.00) Early bird registrants (those
who pay the full amount on or before November 16, 2012.
c)	Five Thousand Four Hundred Pesos only (P5, 400.00) for non-member rural
banks. To avail of the regular registration fee, non-member banks are
encouraged to apply for membership with RBAP/RBRDFI. Please call RBAP for
details.
d)	This is a live-out seminar. Seminar fee includes snacks, training kit
and certificate of attendance.

For your reservations, kindly observe our training policies:

1.	Deadline for submission of confirmation is not later that December 03,
2012.
2.	A Non-Refundable commitment fee of P2,250.00 per participant (50% of
the registration fee). Payments can be remitted to the Rural Bankers
Research and Development Foundation, Inc. bank account (Land Bank of the
Philippines – Intramuros Branch Savings Account Number 0012-1046-26).
Proof of payment (i.e., deposit slip) should be sent immediately
verification at (02) 527-2980. Check payments, should be payable to Rural
Bankers Research and Development Foundation, Inc. (RBRDFI)
3.	Reservation via telephone conversation is accepted. However,
Registration Form and commitment fee must be settled 10 days prior the
seminar date or November 23, 2012. Otherwise, reservation is considered
cancel.
4.	Cancellation Policy:
a)	10 days prior the seminar date is entitled for a full refund. *
b)	3 days prior to the seminar date is entitled for a half refund*
*(for full payment applies)
c)	Participants who have paid but fail to show up for the seminar will
only be entitled to a rebate of 50% of the total registration fee.
d)	Special cases (health, accident etc.) with written notice, kindly
coordinate with RBRDFI staff for refund procedures and requirements.
