This is to inform all rural bankers of the conversion of Liberty Savings Bank into a rural bank, stipulated in Circular Letter 2012-018 of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
Under its new SEC-approved corporate name, Liberty Savings Bank will now be known as Liberty Bank (a Rural Bank) Inc. It will start operating as a rural bank on April 1, 2012.
