Client Satisfaction Survey for Licensing Management System of the Supervision and Examination Sector

Greetings!

The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas requests the assistance of your RBAP in disseminating to the member banks the Client Satisfaction Survey for Licensing Quality Management System of the Supervision and Examination Sector (SES Licensing QMS). Surveys are attached, available for download, and response can be emailed directly to the BSP.

The survey will elicits reactions and response on the actions taken by the Supervision and Examination Sector on the various requests for licensing and special authorities of banks covered by SES Licensing QMS activities. The results will be considered in their periodic review of each licensing activity, with the end view of improving the service level of operating departments in particular, and SES in general.

The survey shall cover requests of applicant banks that were approved by the BSP from the period of May to December 2007.
